Welcome to The Crime Review!

The Crime Review has been created to explore my favourite genre: crime fiction. You will likely notice a focus on UK/Europe/Scandinavian crime fiction — that’s really my forté and the dearest thing to my heart. I am also one of those people that can’t only read part of a series, so you will find that the reviews of those books will also take into account how those books fit within their own ‘universe’. I do take requests and suggestions into account, so please feel free to contact me with your favourites, or things you may want to see reviewed!

My name is Leanna, and I am the blog’s author and book reviewer. I’m based in Canada, and have been a mystery lover for longer than I can remember. I started with Nancy Drew and Sherlock Holmes between the ages of 5 and 7, and since then I am never happier than when I have a book in my hand and a hot beverage, immersed in an intricate plot.
